Real estate for living well
For anyone buying, selling, or settling in.
Buying, selling, and owning a home all raise questions that don't have one-line answers. The Art of Living is where The Art Realty Team answers them in plain English, for Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area.
The name is a small nod to our last name. It's also how we think about the job: a good move starts with knowing the place and the numbers behind it.
01 / What we cover
Local news, plain-English guides, and market reports.
News tells you what changed, who it affects, and what to do about it, and a news brief does that in a few minutes. Guides walk through a question step by step, the way our resource library does. Market reports read a city's numbers and link to the live report. We cover six subjects: the local market, buying, selling, homeownership, relocation, and community.
02 / Who it's for
Buyers, sellers, owners, and people on their way here.
If you're thinking about a first home, a move up, a sale, or a move to the area, you'll find something here. If you already own, you'll find the questions that come after closing. We write about Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area, where our team works.
03 / Who writes it
The team behind it.
The Art Realty Team is led by Kyle Art, Lead Agent, with Associates Stacy Art, Erin Fischer, Troy Ridener, and Hunter Ahlfeld, at RE/MAX Victory + Affiliates in Florence, Kentucky. Stories carry the byline of the agent who wrote them, or of The Art Realty Team when the whole team stands behind them. Every story names the person who reviewed it.

04 / How we use AI
Drafted with AI help, approved by a person.
We use AI to help draft stories. Each draft starts from a plan our team sets: the topic, the angle, and the facts to cover. A person on our team then edits it, checks the facts and links, and approves it. Nothing publishes until that happens.
Kyle Art, Lead Agent, approves what we publish. Every story's note shows who reviewed it and when. A story never includes a statistic, a quote, or a client story without a source or the person's permission.
05 / How we work
How we work
Every AI assistant that helps with The Art of Living works under a name. Our publishing platform keeps a readable record of what each one drafted or changed and when, and of which person reviewed each story. That record is for our team. The part that matters to you is on every story: who reviewed it, and when.
06 / Our standard
Show the source.
We link to the sources behind what we report and date it. Market figures come from the live reports on this site, which read the MLS feed, and they are list prices, not sold prices. When a rule or number is local, we say where it applies. Our stories are general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice, so we point you to an attorney, a tax professional, or a lender for those questions.
07 / Keep us honest
Good work gets better.
Spotted an error, or have a source we should see? Email the editor. We'll look into it and fix what's wrong. When a correction changes what a story says, we'll note it on the page.
