We use a first-party analytics platform for this. We do not use third-party advertising networks and we do not track you across other websites.

• Site analytics: which pages and listings you view, how you arrived (for example a search engine or a link), scroll activity, and page performance metrics.
• Device basics: browser and device type, and your approximate region derived from your network connection.
• Identifiers in your browser: a visitor identifier in local storage and a session identifier in session storage, which let us understand visits without third-party ad cookies.

How we use your information

Listing data

Property listings shown on this site come from MLS data feeds (see the disclaimers in our footer). Viewing listings does not send your personal information to the MLS.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or using the contact page. We honor verified requests regardless of which state you live in, and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also clear the analytics identifiers at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
